WHAT IS THE JOY HOUSE?

Miss Joy & The Joy House “Fun House” for kids consists of dance parties, preschool & after school classes, school assemblies & The Joy House TV Show. It is built on positive self esteem building Joy House Music that teaches, motivates & inspires all ages to dream and believe in themselves which is the secret to all success! Miss Joy loves to see kids   busy, productive, creating and happy! She introduces them too many things that may spark an interest, passion or even something they may discover that they might be really good at. She can keep kids busy, exercising, dancing, singing, songwriting, learning, creating and having fun for hours!

 

AWARDS

Miss Joy started building her dream for kids while teaching dance in South Central in the early 90’s she saw the huge need for kids way back then and decided to create The Joy House TV Show that aired in Los Angeles on Saturday Mornings for 6 years! In 2005 she took her show to MIPTV and China wanted internet rights to The Joy House TV Show and many other countries around the world wanted it too!. This gave her a lot confidence and reminded that little voice inside her that she was indeed building something great for kids and to never stop believing. She knows in her heart the rest of the world will get it one day!

In 2007 Angelina Joy Emanuele AKA Miss Joy was US Finalist for Time Warner and Washington DC’s’ Cable’s Leaders in Learnings Award for “Cable in the classroom” for General Excellence for The Joy House TV Show, music and her vision for kids.

 

In 2019 The Joy House Preschool & After School Program was was awarded Best Preschool & After School Program for The Studio City Awards in Los Angeles. 

 

MISSION

Song by song, dance by dance, work out by work out, game by game, class by class, music video by music video, dance party by dance party and show by show Miss Joy is writing, creating and building The Joy House for kids.

Miss Joy believes “It is the busy kids that know how to stay busy, productive, creative and that learn how to entertain themselves in positive ways by building their own “happy place” (at an early age) that will be able to get through anything as they go through life. There are way too many lost, bored kids growing up to be lost, lonely, angry and unhappy adults! 

Kids just need to be shown and taught by great teachers, coaches, artists and leaders. They are sponges and copy everything they see and hear. That is why she has built The Joy House on JOY HOUSE MUSIC because music is powerful and makes all learning FUN! 

 

As Miss Joy, teaches and writes “Follow your heart, do what you love, work hard and never give up”. Miss Joy will one day have the best of the best in the world coming to The Joy House to teach all kids how to think, be and do great! The world and our kids need it!
